Short Hair and Short Hemlines

I was strolling through my local T.J. Maxx the other day, when a Kate Spade Saturday tag caught my eye, the tag ended up just belonging to a plain T-Shirt, but it was enough to get me to search the racks with a little more vigor than normal, and I was not disappointed.  When I saw this beauty, and at it's price of only $10 my heart skipped a beat!  I'd been looking for the perfect summer romper, and had finally found it!  I keep the look very simple, and let the pattern do all the talking.
