Fashion Phrase Friday

Each Friday I'll be posting a quote about fashion, or by a member of the fashion community! Quotes have always been one of my favorite ways to get inspired and are a great way to learn a little about fashion.  Todays quote is from Anna Wintour, the editor and chief of Vogue.  I love this quote because you may not always have as much control in life as you would like, but you can always control what you wear!
